At Amazon KDP Publishing, we are committed to providing professional publishing and marketing services with transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be granted. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

Refund Terms & Conditions

1. Refund Request Window
   a. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment and before the project has started.
   b. A valid reason must be provided. Please note that a change of mind is not a valid reason for a refund.
   c. After this 24-hour window, no refund requests will be entertained.
2. No Refund After Project Has Started
   a. Once work has officially started (e.g., formatting, editing, cover design, publishing setup, or marketing preparation), no refunds are possible.
   b. If an invoice has been paid and the client requests a refund after 2 days while the project is already in progress, no refund will be issued.
3. Refunds for Dissatisfaction with Services
   a. If a client is not satisfied after multiple documented revisions, they may request a partial refund.
   b. Refunds in such cases only apply to the portion of the project not yet completed.
   c. Dissatisfaction must be supported with documented communication showing the issues raised and revisions requested.
4. Processing Timeline
   a. Approved refunds (in rare applicable cases) will be processed within 45 business days from the date of approval.
5. Client Responsibility
   a. If a client fails to submit necessary materials (e.g., manuscript, approvals, images) and later requests a refund, no refund will be issued.
   b. Delays or lack of communication from the client are not valid grounds for a refund.

6. Outstanding Balances & Disputes
   a. If a client confirms satisfaction with the work and then refuses to pay the remaining balance while requesting a refund, no refund will be granted.

   b. In such cases, Amazon KDP Publishing reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

7. Professional Standards
   Amazon KDP Publishing operates as a professional publishing and marketing company. All refunds are subject to the above conditions to ensure fairness to both the client and our team.
